Is this app a replacement for medical advice?

No. Natural Healing is an educational resource only. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before using any herbal remedies, especially if you have existing health conditions or are taking medications.

What's the difference between Free and Premium?

Free: Access to a selection of remedies and up to 3 saved favorites.

Premium: Full access to all 100+ remedies and 50+ herb profiles, with more added every month, plus unlimited favorites and complete search & filter.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

All subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID:

  • Open Settings on your iPhone
  • Tap your name at the top
  • Tap Subscriptions
  • Select Natural Healing to modify or cancel

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you'll keep premium access until then.

Are the remedies scientifically proven?

Each remedy includes an evidence rating: Strong Evidence, Moderate Evidence, or Traditional Use, based on available scientific research. We cite studies where available — but remember, this is educational information, not medical advice.

Can I use these remedies if I'm pregnant or nursing?

Always consult your healthcare provider first. Many herbs are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. We include safety notes where known, but individual circumstances vary greatly.

Do herbal remedies interact with medications?

Yes — many herbs can interact with prescription medications. Always inform your doctor or pharmacist about any herbs you're considering. We include known interaction warnings in the app, but this is not a substitute for professional advice.

How do I request a refund?

Refund requests must be made through Apple:

  • Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
  • Sign in with your Apple ID
  • Find the Natural Healing subscription
  • Select "Request a Refund"
Is my data private?

Yes. We collect minimal data — your favorites are stored only on your device and are never transmitted. No account creation is required. See our full Privacy Policy for details.

Can I suggest a new remedy or herb?

We'd love to hear your suggestions! Email us at support@naturalhealingapp.com with "Remedy Suggestion" in the subject line. While we can't add every suggestion, we review them all for future updates.

How do I report a bug or technical issue?

Email us with the following details for fastest resolution:

  • Your device model and iOS version
  • App version (found in Settings → About)
  • Description of the issue
  • Steps to reproduce the problem
  • Screenshots if applicable
