These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Natural Healing mobile application ("App") operated by One Bright Studio ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Natural Healing is an educational app only. The content is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before using any herbal remedy, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or have a medical condition.
By accessing or using the Natural Healing app, you confirm that you are at least 12 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using the App on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Subject to these Terms, One Bright Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

Natural Healing offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium content. Current pricing is displayed in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time by going to your account settings in the App Store after purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to premium content until then.
All purchases are final. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their standard refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
All content within Natural Healing — including remedy descriptions, herb profiles, and health information — is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Content is based on traditional use, historical practices, and available published research.
We make no representations or warranties that the information is complete, accurate, or up to date. Herbal remedies can interact with medications and may not be appropriate for all individuals. Results may vary.
Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided in this App.
The App and all its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, illustrations, logos, and software, are the property of One Bright Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right in or to our intellectual property other than the limited license described in Section 2.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your interactions with those services are governed by their own terms and policies.
In-app purchases are processed by Apple Inc. Your use of the App Store is subject to Apple's Terms of Service.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Bright Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or any content within it, including health decisions made based on information in the App.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period, if any.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless One Bright Studio, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which One Bright Studio operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through an in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
