Chaga Mushroom

Inonotus obliquus

Antioxidant-rich mushroom with high ORAC value and melanin content

About Chaga Mushroom

Chaga grows on birch trees in cold climates and has one of the highest antioxidant capacities (ORAC values) of any natural food. It has been used in Siberian and Russian folk medicine for centuries. Its dark color comes from massive amounts of melanin, which may have protective benefits.

Key benefits

  • Exceptionally high in antioxidants that protect cells from free radical damage
  • May support immune system function
  • Rich in beta-glucans and polysaccharides
  • Traditionally used to support overall vitality and longevity

How to use

Brew chaga chunks as tea by simmering in hot water for 15-30 minutes, or use powdered extract (1-2 tsp daily) in beverages. Can be reused 3-4 times before discarding.
