About this remedy
Beetroot contains betalains — unique pigment antioxidants that inhibit NF-κB and COX-2 inflammatory pathways. Studies show beetroot supplementation significantly reduces inflammatory markers including CRP and IL-6. Its high nitrate content also improves oxygen delivery to tissues, which aids recovery from exercise-induced inflammation and muscle damage.
