About this remedy
Lavender essential oil has been extensively studied for sleep improvement. A systematic review of 11 studies confirmed that lavender inhalation significantly improves sleep quality. Linalool and linalyl acetate, the primary compounds, reduce nervous system activity and promote calm.
Preparation
