About this remedy
Colloidal oatmeal is FDA-approved as a skin protectant. Its avenanthramides are potent anti-inflammatory compounds that reduce itching and redness. Oats also provide zinc (supports skin repair and immune function), vitamin E (protects skin from UV damage), and B vitamins that nourish skin cells.
