About this remedy

Cordyceps increases ATP production and improves oxygen utilization, making it popular among athletes. A meta-analysis found cordyceps significantly improved exercise performance and reduced fatigue. It also supports respiratory function and may enhance libido.

Preparation

Mix 1-2 tsp cordyceps powder into a pre-workout smoothie with banana, maca, and cacao. Or take 30-60 minutes before exercise in water or juice.

Dosage

1-3 g daily, ideally in the morning or before physical activity. Not recommended after 2 PM as it may interfere with sleep.

Cautions

May increase energy levels and stimulate the immune system. Those with autoimmune conditions should consult their doctor. Avoid if taking immunosuppressants.
