Preparation

Blend 1-2 tsp maca powder into a smoothie with banana, cacao, and almond milk. Maca has a slightly nutty, butterscotch-like flavor that pairs well with chocolate and vanilla.

Dosage

1.5-3 g maca powder daily, divided into 1-2 servings. Start with a lower dose and gradually increase.

Cautions
