Preparation

Combine 1 tbsp dried oat straw, 1 tsp dried milky oats (or 20 drops tincture added after brewing), and 1/2 tsp dried valerian root. Steep in 2 cups boiling water for 15-20 minutes, covered. Strain and drink warm.
