About this remedy
This green juice combines spinach, cucumber, and lemon for a powerful detox drink. Spinach provides chlorophyll and iron, cucumber offers hydrating silica, and lemon's citric acid supports liver detoxification pathways. Studies show leafy green consumption significantly increases antioxidant capacity and reduces markers of oxidative stress.
Preparation
Juice 2 cups spinach, 1 cucumber, 1 green apple, 1/2 lemon (peeled), and 1 inch fresh ginger root. Stir well and drink immediately for maximum nutrient retention. Add ice if preferred.
